Exporting document into Doors repository

Hi to all !

How can i export 2500 pages ms word document into doors, document contains many tables and hyperlinks,some styles and Images

am exporting document by using add-on it is in MS word (export document for DOORS) but in that some run time errors are shown,

If successfully loaded into DOORS repository how can i design a template  in Rational publishing engine.

Following problems are am facing

1. exporting entire document causes a run time errors

2. if exporting is success, information in DOORS repository aligned line by line , for the reason we are not able to design template

3. is there any way to export MS word doc into doors repository

4. how to capture tables doors repository to Rational publishing engine. 

presently we are using DOORS 9.6 version
